We are recruiting Personal Assistants / Support Workers to join a well-established, parent-led buddy team supporting two young ladies with additional needs who live together in their own home.
This is a relationship-based, person-centred role in a warm, respectful environment — not rushed or task-focused care. We are looking for people who are fun, creative, forward-thinking, caring, patient, proactive, and who enjoy being part of a supportive team.
About the Role
You will provide personalised support that enables the young ladies to live fulfilling, meaningful and enjoyable lives.
Support includes:
● Encouraging independence, confidence and choice
● Supporting community activities and social opportunities
● Practical day-to-day support within the home
● Creating a safe, positive and fun environment
● Working collaboratively as part of a consistent team
Hours & Flexibility
● Contracted part-time hours
● Daytime and overnight shifts available
● Rotas designed to support a healthy work–life balance
● Flexible working to fit around your lifestyle
Pay
● Daytime hours: £14.70 – £15.65 per hour
● Overnight shifts: £69.76 - £87.20 per night (8–9 hours)
