This post is0.4 WTE (15 hours per week)and is specifically offered as part of ajob share arrangement, making it ideal for clinicians seeking:

• Flexible working alongside other roles or commitments

As part of a job share partnership, you will work collaboratively with your Lead PEF counterpart to:
• Support high-qualitymulti-professional learning environments
• Provide guidance and development forpractice supervisors, assessors and preceptors
• Enhance learner experience across pre- and post-registration pathways
• Work in partnership with clinical teams and education providers
• Contribute to service development, innovation and continuous improvement in practice education

You will be fully supported to ensure continuity, shared leadership and clear handover within the role.

· Based primarily at ourColchester Hospital site, with the requirement to work flexibly across other ESNEFT sites.

· Provide leadership and support for practice education across nursing, AHP, and wider professions.

· Ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive learning environments for students, preceptors, assessors, and supervisors.

· Work collaboratively with Higher Education Institutions, NHS England, and other education providers.

· Champion inter-professional learning and promote excellence in practice education.
