Job Title: Picker/Packer/Machine Operator
Location: Just 2 miles from Boston town centre
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday -(rotating shift pattern 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (to be reviewed after probationary period)
Overview
We are recruiting for a Picker/Packer/Machine Operator to join our client’s small, friendly, and close-knit team. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with a supportive employer, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Handling and manoeuvring large panels safely and accurately.
Operating slide cutters after training.
Packing, preparing, and processing orders ready for dispatch.
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Supporting the team with general production and warehouse duties.
About You
Physically capable of handling large materials.
Willing to learn and operate machinery (full training provided).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
