Crynodeb
To work as a specialist autonomous practitioner, managing own caseload. To assess fitness to work and provide recommendations including adjustments and advice, taking into account disability under the Equality Act 2010. Produce accurate typed reports following OH assessments. Request medical reports where identified additional information is required. Responsible and accountable for specialist advice given. Recognise where further advice is required and take appropriate action as needed. Where identified, liaise with mental health team within ED. Undertake and participate in clinical audits. Develop and deliver mental health training materials
