Are you currently studying an AAT (any level) and looking to put your theory into practice in an office environment? Our client, an excellent, large scale global accounting business in the heart of Cheltenham (free parking), is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will be trained to support senior members of the team in providing accounting support to a portfolio of multinational businesses.

Key Duties
- Support multiple teams internally including payroll
- Ensure payments prepared in a timely manner ahead of payment runs
- General accounts administration- ensuring documents have been checked and match system, pass over documentation packs.
- Raise relevant payments on online platforms.
- Monitoring the overdue debts by following up with clients
- Assist with processing client expenses
- Help collect and process invoices alongside the accounts payable team
- Deal with, or pass on relevant enquiries
Key attributes.
- Learning or achieved an AAT or finance related qualification (or have working experience)
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Hours: Full time: Monday – Friday. Flexible start/finish times + early finish on a Friday (1pm)!
Hybrid Pattern: 3 days per week in office, 2 days from home
Salary: Up to £25,000 (depending on experience) + benefits including;
