Supported Futures Ltd is currently recruiting for a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join their client's growing team in the Willenhall Area.
Our client supports individuals with behaviours that challenge, and complex needs associated with autism and learning difficulties to take part in daily activities whilst promoting independence and choice.
We are looking for an individual to join the 2:1 service who are enthusiastic and willing to take part in a variety of activities whilst also being a good communicator and able to change approaches to meet the needs of the individuals we support ensuring choice and dignity is maintained at all times.
Working Hours :
16hrs
Monday & Wednesday: 10.30am - 2.30pm
Thursday : 10.30am - 2.30pm & 6pm - 9pm
Pay Rate:
£12.21 per hour + Mileage Allowance
Ideal Candidate
* A full UK driving licence with own transport is essential
* Valid DBS
* Experience in Social Care Sector
* First Aid Training (Desirable)
