We are Waypoint, and we are looking for a charismatic Game Host/Hostess to become the face and voice of our adrenaline-fueled "Urban Jungle Games."
About The Role

Based in our Tactical Gaming Arena, (aka the "Urban Jungle"), you will be hosting teens and adults playing high-stakes, dimly-lit versions of childhood favorites like Hide and Seek and Manhunt.
We are launching the Games for everyone, but we will also have specific Ladies' Nights and Hen Dos and so we need someone who can bring the perfect energy to all of these events. You need to be able to deliver an exhilarating experience for all of our players, creating a safe, hilarious, and high-octane environment for all.
The Vibe
You need to be a chameleon. One minute you are greeting a corporate client with professional polish; the next, you are the loud, authoritative, bantering Referee in the arena.
You are the hypester. You are the rule-enforcer. You are the reason they are having the best night of their year.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Hosting the Experience: Leading groups, (Hen dos, 30th birthdays, Corporate teams, gangs of teens,) through the Urban Jungle Games.
* Refereeing the Chaos: Running the games with authority and wit. You need to be loud, clear, and confident in managing the flow of play.
* Creating the Atmosphere: Encouraging the quiet ones, managing the rowdy ones, and ensuring everyone feels the rush of the "hunt."
* Safety First: Ensuring the fun stays safe - no tackling! - without killing the buzz.

* Self employed contract to begin
* Full time employment possible as the business grows
* Hours: Availability from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week
* Several days warning for bookings, to be negotiated
* Pay: National Living Wage
