Are you an experienced school supervisor/maintenance person looking for a new role in Birmingham?
Winner Education are currently seeking a site supervisor for a school based in Moseley to carry out day to day general maintenance and site work. This role is full-time 37.5 hours per week, on a temporary placement on an on-going basis. The hours are on a rotation basis with NO SPLIT SHIFTS. This role is to start in February and you must have a DBS on the update service.
Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Carry out general maintenance and DIY works around the school site
• Deal with external contractor visits and liaising with contractors through any major works
• Open and close the school buildings
• Move furniture/equipment when required
• Fire safety checks
• Legionella checks
The successful Site Supervisor will:
• Have sound technical knowledge of buildings
• Be professional and presentable
• Require previous school caretaking experience
• Have a valid DBS on the update service
• Be flexible with working hours and job requirements
