The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking reliable and conscientious Cleaning Team Members to join our Estates Environmental Services Team. These roles are essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors across all College campuses.

We currently have two part-time positions available, each working 10 hours per week, with working hours of 06:30 – 08:30.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As part of the Estates team, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the College. Your main responsibilities will include:

Carrying out cleaning duties in line with agreed cleaning schedules across offices, classrooms, corridors, toilets, and other designated areas.
Replenishing consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, and sanitary products.
Operating cleaning equipment where required and maintaining the cleanliness and security of cleaning rooms.
Reporting defects, maintenance issues, unlocked doors, suspicious activity, or health and safety concerns in accordance with College procedures.
Supporting periodic deep cleans, emergency cleaning requirements, recycling, and waste disposal initiatives.
Working cooperatively with other members of the Estates Team and adhering to all Estates and College policies and procedures.
