We are looking for a reliable and practical part-time maintenance worker to support the upkeep of our HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) rental properties.

Hours:
• Part-time: 3 days per week
• Some flexibility required
• Availability for emergency call-outs (occasional)

Pay:
• Minimum wage during probation period
• Pay to be reviewed after successful completion of probation

You would be expected to carry out general maintenance and repair work across HMO properties and perform multi-trade tasks, including basic:
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Painting and decorating
• Minor repairs and upkeep
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies
• Identify and report larger issues requiring specialist contractors
• Ensure communal areas are left clean, safe, and tidy after work

Essential Requirements
• Multi-trade ability with practical, hands-on skills
• Relevant trade experience or work history
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willing and able to respond to emergency maintenance issues
• Good communication skills and professional manner with tenants
• Right to work in the UK (if applicable)

Preferred (but Not Essential)
• Previous experience working in HMOs or rental properties
• Understanding of wear-and-tear issues common in rental properties
• Own basic tools and transport
