We are now looking for a Rewards Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note, this role can be based anywhere in Europe with either hybrid or remote working options (dependent on location).

Your Role

As a Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for creating solutions for our Total Rewards initiative that engage and resonate with our staff across Europe.

Designing and implementing solutions, you will drive their planning, development and execution whilst acting as a subject matter expert for compensation and rewards and providing reporting and analysis on this area.

You’ll take a practical, pragmatic approach, advising and coaching individuals across our organisation on best practice for total rewards.

Additionally, you will:

- Work closely with North America colleagues
- Lead a project to define compensation within Europe
- Collect and analyse data to turn strategy into action and optimise programmes
- Develop, review and implement pay and reward initiatives
- Lead our annual compensation cycle

As part of your role, you will be expected to undertake travel across Europe 10%-15% of the time.

About You

To be considered as a Rewards Manager, you will need:

- To be a proven rewards management professional with relevant expertise gained within a similar role
- A track record of working across multiple countries in Europe
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather and summarise data for reports, proactively identify issues, and problem-solve
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong English language skills, ideally with fluency in another European language
- A relevant degree (or equivalent)
