At Outcomes First Group, we put wellbeing first. That’s why we’re proud to be part of a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial, where you work 80% of your hours for 100% of your pay*. Many of our schools have already adopted the 4DWW, with others preparing to introduce it once fully staffed—making now a great time to join #teamOFG.

About the Role

Enjoy a truly rewarding career in education where your work makes a genuine and lasting difference. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be part of a supportive and nurturing school community, helping pupils achieve far more than they ever thought possible.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you’ll provide day-to-day support for pupils with a range of needs, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence and develop both academically and emotionally. Every pupil is unique, and your encouragement, patience and care will play a vital role in helping them thrive in and beyond the classroom.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with varied and complex needs to access learning and achieve their individual goals
Assisting with engaging classroom, outdoor and enrichment activities
Providing emotional, behavioural and practical support to help pupils feel safe, valued and confident
Encouraging independence, positive relationships and social development
Who we’re looking for:

A caring, patient and adaptable individual who enjoys working as part of a team
Someone resilient and positive, with a genuine desire to help young people overcome challenges
A confident communicator who can build trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues
An individual who is flexible and enthusiastic about supporting learning in a variety of settings
No two days will ever be the same — but every day you’ll know the difference you’re making. With strong support, a collaborative culture and opportunities to grow, this role offers a fulfilling pathway into a meaningful career in education.
