We are searching for the best education professionals to join our trust. Are you passionate about making a difference to our children’s learning? Are you looking for a new challenge?

Pool Hayes Academy are looking to appoint a Campus Manager to ensure a seamless facilities management service. This will include proactively managing the facilities management functions on site, overseeing the day-to-day operations, acting as the Academy’s health and safety and fire officer and ensuring that the service not only meets but exceeds the needs of the Academy.

The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. To succeed, you will have relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or a related field and Health and Safety certification e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH. Proven experience in managing facilities within an education or similar environment is essential. We are keen to secure a committed and flexible Campus Manager who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our Director of Estates and a strong SLT.

Why choose Pool Hayes Academy?

We have experienced substantial growth in recent years and the academy is now a provider of choice in the area and is over-subscribed. Our Ofsted rating has improved to Good in April 2022 – but that’s just the beginning of our ambition for the pupils and staff at this 11-18 academy.

Our vision for Pool Hayes Academy means that any pupil regardless of circumstance can fulfil their potential. Furthermore, we believe that educational success leads to empowerment for our young people and the freedom to make more choices over their future.

About Academy Transformation Trust

At ATT we are driven by a simple but profound belief: every child can and should become capable, competent, and confident. Our purpose is to transform lives through education, and our strategy, ATT2030, sets out how we will achieve this for every pupil, every colleague, and every community we serve.

We know that people are at the heart of everything we do. Our trust thrives because of the talent, dedication, and values of our colleagues. If you choose to join us, you will become part of a high-trust, high-accountability organisation where principals are empowered to lead, colleagues are supported to grow, and everyone is united in the moral purpose of education.

In return

You can expect fantastic Professional Development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.

Pool Hayes Academy is part of the Academy Transformation Trust family, whose ambition is that every person who passes through our schools and colleges becomes an educated person – able to take a rightful place in the community of educated people and to join what Robert Maynard Hutchins called “the Great Conversation.” An ATT education stresses history, the scientific mode of thinking, the disciplined use of language, a wide-ranging knowledge of the arts and religion, and the continuity of human enterprise. We aspire for everyone, regardless of their starting point, to leave us capable, competent, and confident.
