Role Overview
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 5 - 10 years of experience. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced commercial team, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and helping to deliver complete packages from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, motivated, and keen to progress within a company that values growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects ranging from £1M to £15M in value
• Work across a mix of new builds and fit-out projects
• Assist in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and valuations
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
• Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with financial targets and timelines
• Attend site meetings and report on commercial performance
What We're Looking For
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally with a main contractor)
• Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
• Strong understanding of fit-out and new build processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Relevant qualifications (HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field)
• Full UK driving licence
