We're looking for two enthusiastic General Operatives to join our growing field services team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone keen to develop sought-after skills in electrical, plumbing, gas, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
We have one position based in Norwich, and another covering Cambridge
What you'll do:
As a General Operative, you'll work alongside our experienced technicians, providing essential support on various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting qualified engineers with maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across diverse sites.
• Learning on the job, gaining hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, gas, and BMS systems.
• Undertaking general duties to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Representing the company professionally while on client sites.
What we're looking for:
• A valid, full UK Driver's License is essential.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills in electrical, plumbing, gas, and BMS.
• Excellent work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel within your designated region.
• Prior experience in a hands-on role or trades is a plus, but not essential.
