Summary

We have an exciting opportunity in our Central Operations team supporting the Retail Communications Manager in developing and delivering the Retail Communications Plan; creating engaging, concise and accurate B2B marketing collateral to inform and educate stores on business initiatives and industry developments; and monitoring campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role will be based out of our High Wycombe office with regular travel to our Head Office in Wellingborough required.

  • Working with the Retail Communications Manager to design and implement a communications strategy across all retail brands.
  • Creating B2B marketing collateral for stores to communicate business initiatives and drive store engagement, including daily, weekly and seasonal communications across email, WhatsApp, web and SMS.
  • Producing clear and concise store communications on major issues to minimise disruption to store operations.
  • Assisting with updating and maintaining the Store Communications Planner, planning activity and communications accordingly.
  • To produce reports that monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Helping to identify and implement common ways of working across all retail brands to streamline the communications process.
  • Previous experience in a communications, marketing, retail support or administrative role.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate content for a B2B audience.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and levels of the business.
  • Good IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as cross functionally with multiple departments.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
