Your new roleYou will be joining an industry‑leading architectural team, taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of projects as part of a wider project team. The role involves leading design delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining regular communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
You will have the opportunity to work on flagship schemes across a range of sectors including Residential, Industrial & Logistics, Data Centres, Aviation, Energy and Healthcare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and guiding project team members
- Contributing to the effective delivery of projects and development of strong client relationships
- Undertaking design tasks using your technical expertise
- Reviewing drawings and models to ensure technical compliance
- Contributing to project strategy, delivery approach and design programmes
- Attending and contributing to client meetings, design meetings and site inspections
- Demonstrating commercial awareness, including consideration of cost, time and budget implications
- Assisting with tender submissions, fee proposals and scope development
- Promoting the business externally and supporting CPD and technical knowledge‑sharing activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Substantial post‑graduate experience in architectural practice
- Chartered or Incorporated status (or working towards) with a relevant professional body
- Experience in line management and/or project management (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
- Good technical knowledge of current legislation, regulations and standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
Desirable experience:
- Sector knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Building Safety Act
- Residential
- Industrial & Logistics
- Data Centres
- Aviation
