Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools in Kettering. Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small‑group SEN support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to help deliver individual education plans (IEPs).
* Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.
* Support pupils' communication, sensory, and emotional development.
* Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities.
What We're Looking For
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties (highly desirable).
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
