About the Role: As a Social Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges. You'll assess needs, develop care plans, and work alongside multidisciplinary teams to safeguard vulnerable people and improve their quality of life.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case notes in compliance with professional standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
- Licenses: (If required) * Experience: Minimum 3 years in statutory, community, or healthcare settings preferred.
- Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong case management and problem-solving ability. - Resilience and empathy when working with complex cases.
