Salary: Grade 4, £17,334 - £18,816 per annum. £13.26 - £13.90 per hour
30 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

The Role
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic professional to join our Resourced Provision team.
The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who require additional support, delivering tailored interventions, adapting learning, and creating a highly nurturing, structured environment where every child can succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including communication and interaction, cognition and learning, and sensory profiles.
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised learning and targeted intervention.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, parents/carers, and external agencies.
- Supporting pupils to access mainstream learning where appropriate.
- Contributing to EHCP reviews, assessments, and progress monitoring.
- Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience or a passion for working with children with SEND (school-based experience preferred).
- Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a child-centred approach.
- Be committed to inclusive practice and safeguarding.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Bring creativity, positivity, and a willingness to learn.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
