Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced senior executive to establish and lead a new organisation, the North Central London (NCL) General Practice Provider Collaborative (GPPC). The GPPC is a membership body uniting the six Federations of North Central London and through them local General Practice. The GPPC provides a strong collective voice for General Practice, informing system pathways and promoting General Practices unique contribution. It also provides and coordinates at scale services that improve patient outcomes and the quality of Primary Care. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Board Company Director you will work closely with the GPPC Chair to set the strategic direction, ensure commercial success and build a sustainable, high-performing organisation. You will lead operational delivery across contracts, services and projects and will foster strong working relationships with General Practice, system partners and external stakeholders. We are seeking an exceptional leader with a track record in strategic leadership, business growth and organisational development. You will demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to inspire and lead teams. You will be an influential advocate for General Practice within the Integrated Care System, championing innovation and collaboration to deliver sustainable, high-quality health outcomes for patients. You will model inclusive, values-based leadership inspiring others, building trust, and acting as a visible and respected system leader across North Central London.
