We are looking for a non-medical prescriber who ideally has experience within Long term conditions, you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed. The Primary Care Service is covered: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week over 4 days 7.30am - 5.30pm This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary between £51,643- £58,012 per annum - depending on experience.
