Crynodeb
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly practice team. The job role involves delivering high quality care. The key responsibilities are, Management of long term conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes and hypertension. Delivering immunisations and vaccinations (including childhood and travel where appropriate). Cervical screening and womans services. Wound care, dressings and removal of sutures. Health Promotion, lifestyle advice and preventative care. Infection prevention and control, including cold chain management. Supporting QOF, audits, and clinical governance activities. Work collaboratively with GP's, HCAs and wider multidisicpinary team, Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
