Your Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Promoting independence, confidence, and overall well-being
• Supporting individuals to access the community and engage in meaningful activities
• Following personalised care plans and behaviour support strategies
• Assisting with medication administration and accurate record-keeping
• Building trusting relationships through empathy, consistency, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
• Experience supporting adults or young adults with autism, learning disabilities, or other complex needs
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Proactive, empathetic, and person-centred approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
