Your new role
As the Marketing Associate, you'll take ownership of the UK marketing strategy with a strong focus on driving traffic and marketplace growth. You will:
Lead social marketing initiatives and performance‑driven affiliate programmes.
Develop and manage offshore social media VAs to ensure top‑quality execution.
Test strategies internally before handing off refined workflows.
Manage influencer collaborations - sourcing, briefing, and analysing results.
Develop ideas for highly visible social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
