Job Purpose
To work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to support teaching and learning, including the delivery of learning activities to individuals, small groups, or whole classes when the teacher is absent. The HLTA will contribute to raising standards of pupil achievement and supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
