The Role
This long‑term teaching position requires a confident, experienced KS2 practitioner who can take full responsibility for teaching, assessment, classroom culture, and behaviour management.
Not suitable for ECTs - experienced teachers only.
Key Requirements
- Experienced Teachers only (not suitable for ECTs)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Strong behaviour management with firm, clear expectations
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A positive and professional role model for pupils and staff
- QTS essential
- Strong academic background (good undergraduate degree + PGCE with QTS)
- Confident working with TAs and senior leaders
- Reliable, committed, and seeking long‑term consistency
