We are looking for an organised and efficient Site Administrator to join our project team in Nottingham. You will be the backbone of the site office, providing vital administrative support to the Project Manager, Site Managers, and the wider delivery team on a busy social housing roofing scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control: Managing the filing and distribution of drawings, technical submittals, and site records using [Insert Software, e.g., Procore, FieldView, or SharePoint].

  • Compliance: Maintaining the Site Induction register, checking CSCS cards for all site operatives, and ensuring Health & Safety folders are up to date.

  • Procurement Support: Processing delivery notes, managing plant hire records, and assisting with the ordering of site materials.

  • Communication: Handling incoming calls, managing site emails, and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries.

  • Reporting: Assisting the Site Manager with the production of weekly progress reports and timesheet collection for payroll.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in an administrative role within the construction or engineering industry is highly desirable.

  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with construction management software is a plus.

  • Attributes: High attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a "can-do" attitude.
