Summary
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live independently, safely, and with dignity. Duties may include:
Supporting with daily living tasks
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Assisting with personal care where required
Supporting service users in the community
Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
Working as part of a professional care team
Requirements

✔ Have prior support work / care experience
✔ Are reliable, compassionate, and professional
✔ Have good communication skills
✔ Can work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)
✔ Have the right to work in the UK
✔ Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS
