A well‑established nursing home in Leyland is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for residents.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, forward‑thinking Home Manager who can drive quality, support staff development, and maintain a positive, person‑centred culture. Nurse qualification is preferred, however experienced non‑nurses will also be considered.

• £50,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You
• Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within adult social care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A solid understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) desirable but not essential
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting staff to excel
