Crynodeb
The role is varied and never boring, the main duties are dealing with our patients and helping them access the right clinician for them. You will be answering the phones and also dealing with the reception desk. You will be processing repeat medication requests and helping with the daily task list sent to reception by the clinical team. We have our web site where patients can ask questions and also an internal email system and you will be responding to items on these sent by patients for the reception team. You will need to be able to work at both our surgery sites and the shift pattern is varied but the morning shift starts at 8am and the afternoon shift will finish at 18.30pm so you will need to be available at these times and everybody has a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts for fairness..
