Are you an experienced Construction Professional looking to make a significant impact? We're
seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our dynamic multi-disciplined Property Team
to support in the surveying, repairs and maintenance of our varied commercial and operational
property portfolio based in Thanet.
About the Role:
Your primary focus will be on progressing the minor and major repairs and maintenance, surveying our assets and achieving the delivery of our Revenue and Planned Maintenance Programme and you will play a key role in managing our assets and ensuring that key project
outputs are delivered and that costs and timescales are effectively managed leading to successful completion. In addition, you will also support the commercial property management/estate function relating to property matters.
We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong foundation in building surveying, construction management and project delivery. Local government experience is not essential but proven experience in building surveying, dealing with repairs, specification writing, construction project management and successful project delivery within both a commercial and operational property portfolio varying from industrial units to listed buildings is required.
