I am a sweet, happy 13 year old boy requiring support with accessing social activities in the community.
I have delayed development and a speech impairment but am able to communicate. I am fully of energy and enjoy going out and exploring.
You would be required to take me to the park or out shopping and other social activities.
I am completely independent with personal care and easy to manage. I have a restricted diet so care needs to be taken when giving me snacks - full guidance will be given.
A driver with own car would be preferable but not essential. I can also use public transport.
You should be positive, reliable, patient and caring.
Duties include:
- Transportation
