Your new role
- The role delivers high‑quality assistance across hardware, software, and modern workplace tools via phone, email, in‑person support, and remote access.This position is customer‑focused, proactive, and central to ensuring a seamless IT experience for all users.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous Helpdesk (telephone support) experience.
- Experience of using call logging software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 11.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation).
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
