Kale and Damson is a rapidly expanding fresh produce company supplying high-quality fruit and vegetables to customers across the UK. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office and administrative duties.
Process orders, delivery notes, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle phone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred (experience in logistics or produce an advantage).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Competent with basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively while working independently.
Schedule:
5 days per week, Monday-Friday
One Saturday per month
8:30am – 5pm (Includes 30 mins lunch break, timing is flexible)
