Summary

Our client, a well-established and reputable business based just outside Grantham, is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join their team on a permanent basis. Own transport is essential due to the location. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for long-term, stable employment with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently
• Completing deliveries and collections as required
• Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with regulations
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately
• Adhering to all tachograph, WTD, and road transport legislation

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience preferred
• Moffett licence beneficial (training may be available)
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Strong commitment to health & safety
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
