An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Area Veterinary Surgeon to join a leading veterinary group in Essex, supporting a cluster of thriving small animal practices. This unique role combines hands on clinical veterinary work with leadership and oversight, allowing you to shape the delivery of exceptional veterinary care across multiple sites while mentoring and guiding both veterinarians and veterinary nurses.
In this pivotal position, you will provide expert clinical support, implement best practices in veterinary medicine, and maintain high standards of patient care and clinical governance across the cluster. You will also champion CPD, staff training, and professional development, ensuring every practice under your guidance delivers outstanding care to clients and their pets.
The ideal candidate is a confident, organised, and approachable RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for clinical leadership, who thrives in a hands on and advisory role. • Full time position
• 4 day week
• No weekends, no OOH and no bank holidays!
