About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking OD & HR Business Partner to join Hull City Council’s dynamic and values‑driven OD & HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our services to deliver the ambitions of our People Plan—ensuring we have the culture, leadership, capacity, and capability to deliver outstanding outcomes for our city.
As an OD & HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively with leaders across the organisation to:
Provide expert OD and HR advice, insights, and coaching.
Lead and support change initiatives that strengthen performance, culture, and employee engagement.
Help services translate People Plan priorities into practical, impactful actions.
Drive workforce planning, talent development, and continuous improvement.
Support the creation of an inclusive, high-performing workplace where people can thrive.

Strong experience in HR and organisational development.
