Summary
Location: Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth, Market Rasen, Binbrook and surrounding villages.
Salary: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time
Mileage: Paid from first client visit

About the Role
We are a CQC-compliant care provider seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment where required and following moving & handling guidelines
Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policy
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required
Carry out light domestic duties including cleaning, hoovering, and laundry.
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and social isolation.
Assist with shopping, appointments, and essential errands.
Maintain accurate, timely care records in line with CQC standards
Report any changes in a client’s health or wellbeing to the appropriate supervisor
Always respect clients’ dignity, privacy, choices, and independence.
Essential Requirements
Previous care experience is essential
Full UK driving licence
Own vehicle required (travelling between care calls is essential)
Good communication and time-management skills
A caring, professional, and reliable approach
Commitment to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care
