Summary
Bar Manager position available in a Hotel in Cumbria.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our client’s dedicated team and deliver exceptional service to their valued customers.
Responsibilities:
– Managing day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling and customer service.
– Training, supervising and motivating bar staff to deliver top-notch service.
– Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
– Required to assist with Restaurant service at busy times.
The requirements for the position are:
– Previous experience as a Bar Manager for a minimum of 3 years
– Hotel / Restaurant/ Pub experience
– English language proficiency
– Currently living in UK
