This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference and help improve outcomes for children and families.

What you’ll do:

• Manage challenging situations, including stopping contact when it is not in the child’s best interest, while maintaining a child-focused approach.
• Prepare for and document contacts accurately within agreed timescales, adhering to legal and policy requirements.
• Build effective relationships with parents, social workers, foster carers, and children, while demonstrating safeguarding awareness and reporting concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, attending meetings, training, and complying with all relevant guidelines, legislation, and Hampshire County Council policies.

Please note, this role is based across two sites in Alton and Aldershot, and may require travel between them, including on the same day.
