Crynodeb
Please refer to the detailed Job Description attached. To undertake physiotherapy assessment, clinically diagnose and implement agreed treatment plans, evaluate care delivery according to health care needs for routine and complex patients. To be responsible for the supervision of Physiotherapists, Students and Assistants on a daily basis. To be responsible for organising and planning own caseload to meet service and patient priorities. To ensure effective communication with patients, carers and all other Health & Social Care Professionals regarding all aspects of patient care. This will include patients who may have difficulties in understanding or communicating. To contribute to the operational management of the Team, under the supervision of a Team Leader Physiotherapists. This may include deputising for them in their absence.
