Crynodeb
Hospital, offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative department primarily working in general adult dermatology. The role will also involve working within the world recognised skin cancer unit which hosts the Regional Specialist MDT for Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer, Melanoma and Cutaneous Lymphoma. There are also close working relationships with the Head and Neck MDT and the Sarcoma MDT. The post holder will be a member of the non-melanoma MDT. In addition to activity in adult general dermatology and skin cancer, the role may involve opportunity for further sub-specialisation depending on individual skill set and experience. 2. OBJECTIVES OF THE POST The post will primarily support the Adult Dermatology service. Specifically: To contribute to and enhance the provision of the adult general dermatology service To enhance the current provision of rapid access diagnostic skin cancer clinics and enable the Trust to meet agreed levels of activity and access targets. To enhance the current provision of skin cancer surgery. To contribute to the provision of a comprehensive skin cancer multidisciplinary team.
