Our Health in Justice service line is now expanding into non-Custodial healthcare, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel. We have an exciting opportunity for a Liaison and Diversion Practitioner to join our team in South Yorkshire. As a Liaison & Diversion Practitioner you will work autonomously in police detention cells, in order to identify and respond to requests of screening and assessment of people with identified health needs in contact with the criminal justice system. Location- This role is based predominantly in Barnsley with some travel required across the South Yorkshire region. A driving licence will be required. Hours- Shifts covering Monday to Sunday. Salary- This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and you will receive a salary of £43,609 to £49,174 depending on experience - Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks. #LI-PW1
