Crynodeb
We are looking to recruit an office administrator to join our front office team. The hours we require are Monday to Friday 12:30-5pm / 22 hours a week.
The role includes (but is not limited to):
Answering the phone and directing incoming calls
Bought ledger processing: inclusive of updating ledger, payments and remittances
Reconciling of credit card statements
Filing hard copies
Producing end of month account reports
Processing and storing order related paperwork
Courier booking and tracking
Packing of some spares orders
General office duties
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience of accounts administration
Experience of Sage/CIM 50 or similar accounting system
Good telephone manner
Good written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Good literacy & numeracy
The ideal candidate would be:
Willing to be flexible within this role
Be prepared to cover holidays and sickness
