The Child Maintenance Service (CMS) is offering exciting opportunities for motivated individuals to join us as Change Enablers.
The enablement team is responsible for supporting and enabling the successful delivery of Child Maintenance modernisation programme of work and internal performance improvement changes for CMS Operations Directorate.
They work closely with Operational colleagues, Business Design, Digital and Project Managers to ensure all internal implementation activities have been identified and dependencies are being managed.
We’re looking for passionate leaders who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll need to be adaptable and resilient, capable of making sound decisions, and confident in driving and implementing change in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our core mission: ensuring that children receive the financial support they deserve.
Example duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Support the team in managing business implementation activities for the modernisation programme and performance improvement initiatives across all areas of the business
- Work with change leads and project managers to ensure products are available and activities identified and tracked to support business areas deliver and embed the change.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, attend discovery workshops and support development of documents required including, quality assurance and sign-off etc.
- Support sprint deployment activity by understanding and tracking all dependencies, escalating risks and supporting promotion of success.
