Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director of Finance, Commercial, Sustainability and Property (FCSP). This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic directorate, providing essential support to a senior leader and contributing to the smooth running of Business Support Team.

As PA to the FCSP Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Director’s day-to-day activities. This includes comprehensive diary management, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the Director is fully prepared for engagements. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling queries professionally and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

In addition to supporting the Director, you will work as part of the Directorate Support Team to deliver high-quality administrative services. This will involve coordinating tasks across the Finance, Commercial, Sustainability and Property functions, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively. You will also provide diary support to the Finance Deputy Directors.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work of your own initiative and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, as you will often need to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise. Experience in diary management and supporting senior leaders is essential.

If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
