TeacherActive is proud to partner with numerous secondary schools across Newport. We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support our school network with reliable and professional staff.
Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While the role does not include lesson planning or preparation, excellent communication and effective classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements
• Possession of CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months’ relevant experience
• Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16+
• Ability to maintain positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom
• Flexibility to work across various departments and with different age groups on a daily basis
• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to support a smooth onboarding process
