Are you passionate about making a positive and lasting difference for the people of Hull?We are looking for a Brokerage Assistant to join our dedicated team, who make a daily impact on the lives of those we serve.
As a Brokerage Assistant, you will:

Provide a high-quality Brokerage Service, ensuring individuals receive a solution-focused approach to achieve their goals and maintain wellbeing.
Work creatively with individuals, local communities, and partners to deliver the best possible outcomes and foster a positive Adult Social Care culture.
Offer expert advice on available services, manage a daily caseload, assess and manage risk levels, and provide informed recommendations to meet individual needs.

Additional Weekend Allowance for working on a 1 in 4 weekend rota

Essential Information:

This is a full-time position with Flexi Time
Weekend work is required on a rota basis (currently 1 in 4 weekends)
