We’re supporting a highly regarded professional firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Partners. This is a key role within the business, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
The Role
Providing comprehensive admin and diary support to Senior Partners, this is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
• Excellent diary management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and plan ahead
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, professional work
• Strong IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• A professional, approachable and relationship-focused style
Within this position, you’ll also be:
• Extensive diary management and coordination of complex schedules.
• Drafting and managing emails and correspondence on behalf of Senior Partners.
• Monitoring inboxes and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Booking travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
• Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings, parking and hot desks.
• Managing expenses and processing invoices.
• Supporting senior recruitment activity, including arranging interviews.
• Maintaining internal records, spreadsheets, and intranet content.
• Providing full administrative support for Partner and Director groups.
• Coordinating Management Board and committee meetings, including:
• Requesting agenda items
• Preparing agendas and board packs
• Collating presentations
• Monitoring attendance
• Taking minutes and distributing actions
Hours and Salary
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm although some flexibility will be required
• Hybrid working model
• £40,000 per annum plus bonus
